Billy Ray’s second ex-wife, Firerose, also spoke out, telling the New York Post that Billy Ray’s current public struggles mirror what she experienced privately during their short marriage from 2023 to 2024. “It’s very sad to see those same struggles continue for him, but I’m glad the truth is coming to light - for his potential good because healing is only possible when you confront the truth and accept there’s a problem,” she said, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

That’s called rock n roll!!!” He added that he wouldn’t have turned down the opportunity to perform, regardless of the sound issues, emphasizing, “I was there because President Donald J. Trump invited me.”
